The role will provide administrative support to the Service Management team nationally directly impacting customer satisfaction and service productivity.


Administrative Support
- Correct errors in SAP regarding functional location and equipment information as identified by service
- Create/update IW54s as required
- Assist with Meter Correction calls by dispatching calls to collect correct meters and update SAP with information provided

Service Reporting
- Review three (3) day open call report and escalate unassigned issues to management as required

Other Duties/Projects
- As assigned/requested by Branch Service Manager/Market Service Manager

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and deliver on commitments
- A proven self-starter who can work independently and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A deep understanding and passion for customer experience and satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Inquisitive and proactive problem solver
- Results-oriented with a disciplined approach in driving to fact-based decisions
- Proficiency with SAP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Service industry experience is an asset
