A Sales Coordinator at IT Weapons is a key member of the Sales team.  Sales Coordinators at IT Weapons support a team of Account Managers and interact with multiple departments, clients, and vendors. As such, the prospective Sales Coordinator must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of sales, technical, and product experts, managers, and buyers.  The Sales Coordinator should have good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team to meet tight timelines.  We are looking for people who take pride in the quality of their work and who share our commitment to honesty, integrity, and personal accountability. A sense of urgency for task completion and a passion for client satisfaction are also essential.


  • Support a team of Account Managers in their day to day activities with clients
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Price quotes, order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
  • Work closely with vendor partners and manufacturers to ensure we’re providing the most competitive pricing
  • Purchasing of hardware, software, and services required by clients and internally
  • Maintain accurate forecasting in CRM
  • Maintain and monitor internal and client tickets in CRM
  • Asset Management and renewal tracking in CRM
  • Billing of products and managed services
  • Responsible for quoting and advocating the full range of service and technology products that IT Weapons offers, primarily through phone and email
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every client and prospect
  • Researching upon request new/existing products and technologies
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and vendor training sessions; retaining and acting on new product and service knowledge

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 2+ Years of industry experience
  • Experience using a CRM system, and experience selling IT services and technology products
  • General industry and competitor knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to process and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills – time management, multi task, prioritization, etc., while being flexible to constant change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Able to meet timeline targets while maintaining productivity and efficiency metrics
  • Able to liaise with clients, vendors, partners, and all levels of the organization
  • Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle


  • University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are encouraged
  • Product knowledge with Citrix, HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, and VMware is encouraged
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and industry certifications
