This position is responsible for assisting the high volume sales teams in driving high volume
account activity to meet or exceed sales objectives set by management, and providing specific
technical expertise and support as required.
Participates in daily pre-sales activities with Senior Account Executive’s and Production
Analyze customer needs and translate them into deliverable equipment and software
Demonstrate and enhance proposed equipment and solutions.
Assist in proposal preparation with Senior Account Executive’s and Production Print
Develop a scope of work (as part of the proposal process) and implementation guide for
each closed opportunity.
Deliver implementation and integration services to support PPS engagements.
Deliver customer support and training as part of the PPS sales efforts.
Minimum (5) years related experience desirable
Experience with high volume Xerox or Kodak equipment applicable and very helpful.
Experience with Color, Calibration, and graphics programs applicable
EFI and Creo Rip experience a plus
Network and Microsoft/Linux experience helpful
Previous Digital Print Analyst experience would be a strong plus.
Some college highly desired, or, must have equivalent knowledge and experience.
Must be a self starter; someone who is self-motivated, capable of working independently
to start and complete projects.
Good customer interactions skills.
Ability to learn, analyze, understand and help a client through complex situations.
