As an ambassador of the company, the Market Coordinator represents the office of the MVP and Management team, and must demonstrate maturity and a professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions. The strictly confidential nature of many of the functions to be carried out by the Market Coordinator requires the use of judgement and initiative in order to support and coordinate multiple, complex activities on behalf of the Management Team.


Administrative support:
- Provides a full range of administrative support, follow-up with internal and external clients and expedites workflow within the team.
- Liaise with Marketing, Facilities, HR, Strategic Pricing, Learning and Development and Service
- Assist in the development of professional presentations and supporting documents with advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills. Scrutinizes overall appearance, accuracy and generally contributes to the overall team
- Complete and submit Expense reports
- Preparing and updating organizational charts
- Coordinates and schedules appointments and ensures calendars are up to date

Regional Event coordination:
- Assist in organizing Market Sales initiatives/ client events – event communications, calendar invites, event reminders, logistics, and onsite support: Blitz Days, Telemarketing days, Production Days, Open Houses (Innovation Showcase).
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and events including venue, meal order, agenda, pertinent reports and documents and meeting minutes
- Provide support and coordination for client events participation

- Assist on the onboarding of new hires: Business cards, desk assignment etc…
- Develop communication memos and messages on behalf of the management team such as sales contests,announcements etc…

- Coordinates and books travel, accommodations and/or car rentals

Other Duties/Projects:
- Participates in other projects at MVP’s team request
- As assigned

- A college degree in secretarial administration or equivalent
- 5 years + experience in an administrative role supporting executives
- Strong and proficient PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Outlook
- Confident, diplomatic, highly collaborative and refined interpersonal skills with experience dealing with high- level management
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must (French if required)
- Tactful and discreet while dealing with highly confidential information
- Ability to work under pressure in a face pace environment with tight deadlines
- Strong ability to multi-task with the ability to re-prioritize at a moment’s notice
- Strong organizational skills
- Enjoys working independently and in a team atmosphere
- Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends in different locations
- Resourceful, demonstrates initiative and a commitment to continuous learning
- Dependable and adaptable
