Accountable for providing professional and ethical representation of Konica Minolta Products, Services & Solutions, to prospective and existing customers in the designated region for the purpose of assisting the branch to hit their monthly and yearly targets, by spending as much time on the phone and e-mail with customers each day.
Generate new business opportunities from internal and external sources, including existing clientele, through outbound daily cold calling and targeted telephone initiatives set by the Branch Manager
Maintain contact with current customers to expanded existing sales, as well as identify potential opportunities and upgrades in the purpose of scheduling appointments for the AEs, NAEs, MAEs and CPSs.
Effectively manage and develop relationships with various lead sources 

Create and prioritize strategic target account lists and initiatives within a defined territory
Prompt and diligent follow‐up of all sales leads
Determine prospect needs and fit with offerings; answer questions while triggering enough interest to engage the Account Manager (and/or the BSC)
Submit sales leads to the management team
Maintain up to date the territory database of current and competitive accounts for effective sales prospect follow-up
Maintain detailed records in CRM of account activity so that subsequent representatives may build upon it when territories are reassigned. 

Maintain database of all prospects and all phases of activities
Represent Konica Minolta ethically to your customers so that all details of the sales transaction are accurately and unambiguously recorded and understood by the two parties, permitting prompt processing of the sale and thereby minimizing the necessity for subsequent sales rep involvement.
Schedule meetings with existing accounts, even if no opportunity found, and to be positioned as a customer satisfaction initiative.
