The Role of the Client Training representative is to provide clear and professional client product training demonstrations on how to utilize our Konica Minolta Office Products effectively. By understanding our clients’ workflow and recommending enhancements through the usage of Konica Minolta devices while focusing on the customer experience.


External Training:
• Coordinates timing of customer training via dispatch call
• Understands the environment and workflows of the customer to ensure proper training agenda
• Advises Sales Rep of equipment required changes/ upgrades within the customers’ environment
• Plays a vital role in the customer experience as direct face to face contact
• Ensure ongoing product knowledge updates of entire product lineup both WBT and Classroom
• Escalates issues promptly to COM or Account representative and National Client Training Team Lead
• Provide status summary at end of day regarding calls and any service related encounters
• Conduct as required training sessions with service technicians with summary of situations that have been recently encountered in the field and to update their skill set on MFP Functions
• Adjust to form customized curriculum, from Basic requirements, to ensure all customers’ needs are met
• Ensure the maximization of efficiency of our customers devices
• Be able to adapt in MAC or PC environments easily
• Be able to perform product demonstrations as required to ensure the customers’ needs are met
• Ensure that a Welcome package has been received by the customer when confirming training date and time
• Be flexible to travel if required for large installations Internal

• Provide internal training to technical department on overview of device
• Provide ongoing training to further sales representatives’ knowledge base regarding the devices as it deems fit
• Provide ongoing training to Dispatch/Call Center to ensure information is up to date for customer support
• Help with any open houses/trade shows as required
• Provide training to order desk on configuration of device
• Other duties as assigned

• College or University degree in Adult Training/ Instruction or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative to solve a problem and recognize the correct avenues for support
• Fluent in MAC an asset and PC environments required • Able to learn quickly and be able to present information in a logical flow
• Be proficient in MS Word, Adobe Suite, Publisher, Corel
• Understand/experienced in workflows environments
• Fluent in English and French an asset
• Able to deal with any situation and ability to make quick decisions
• Valid driver's license and vehicle is required
