Profile: Responsible for leading the branch and branch staff to achieve the budgets in all departments.


  • Assist Sales Managers to motivate sales staff to achieve daily activities goals
  • Develop your team to use a value added sales process and respect established discount levels necessary to achieve GP objectives
  • Respond to sales staff selling challenges un securing hardware revenue
  • Review and sign-off on all paperwork for rental, trail orders
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings with Sales Managers
  • Participate in customer demonstration
  • Ensure that all sales staff receive accurate pricing reports for equipment as well as all marketing bulletins
  • Assist Sales staff in completing tenders, MNSO requirements
  • Prepare a semi-annual Branch staff meeting
  • Conduct monthly meetings with Sales Managers to review branch performances and forecasts
  • Establish quarterly sales promotions with VP and other Branch Managers


  • Monitor and enforce adherence to corporate policies
  • Manage all corporate assets responsibly (i.e. trails)
  • Report and analyze results and activity against plans
  • Prepare “Quarterly Business Plans” to ensure focused activities and submit to VP
  • Ensure all payroll forms are completed according to policy
  • Review and approve all equipment purchase orders
  • Review and approve all credits
  • Complete and submit to Head Office a branch report twice/month
  • Complete monthly commission reports for payroll
  • Complete quarterly bonuses report for payroll
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through “Account Reviews” semi-annually


  • Recruit, test and hire sales staff following corporate hiring policies
  • When necessary, de-hire sales staff following corporate policies
  • Ensure all new sales representatives are prepared to attend any company/corporate sponsored introductory sales school
  • Conduct, on a monthly basis, a “Sales Workshop” that focuses on timely sales employee developmental needs
  • Recognize that all training is conducted in a motivated learning climate

  • Lead by example in the areas of professionalism and commitment
  • Set expectations of sales revenue and professional development for each
  • Sales Manager on a regular basis and follow up diligently
  • Ensure that each Sales Manager meets or exceeds or all activity standards
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions that build motivation and selling skills
  • Display professional and personal concern for the needs, feelings and capabilities of others
  • Develop rapport and effective interaction with all company employees
  • Demonstrate effective control over the plans, issues and obstacles surrounding the sales organization and demonstrate effective follow-up to ensure that the issues, plans and obstacles are handled effectively
  • Demonstrate ability to influence others
  • Demonstrate high competitiveness, a strong will and sound business judgment
  • Demonstrate high personal ethical standards and communicate those standards to all other company employees
  • Demonstrate responsibility for continuing self-development and implementation of various marketing plans


  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Proven track record in competitive selling and account management, including at least 7 years experience in the office products and solutions sales environments (of which 2 are in sales management)
  • Good grounding in PC and network concepts and the ability to apply these skills to understanding and delivering printing solutions to our customers
  • Ability to deliver quality sales presentations to key decision makers.
  • You are highly organized, have excellent negotiation skills, and are proficient with all MS Office products
